How do I transfer my voice recordings from my sony experia E5 to an SD card or other device?

Hi, 

How do I transfer my voice recordings recorded on the Voice Recorder on my phone, from my sony experia E5 to an SD card or other device? Then where will they be stored?

I require them for a legal case so mustn't lose them and desperately need to clear memory on my phone, as it appears to be almost full. Not sure why.
