I am afraid that there is no way using the settings on the phone to see the activation date of your phone. However, if you send me a your IMEI number in a private message, I can look it up for you.

Simply click on my profile and click on the "send a message" icon, and if you do not know the IMEI number, open the phone dialer and enter *#06#.
