Apologies if this is not on the right board. First time post. I bought a Sony RX10v4 at the end of April. It was ok for a couple of weeks then developed a fault. The lens got stuck and would not move. I switched the camera off and the lens re-set itself but a rubber seal popped out. I took it back to the shop for repair under guarantee and haven't seen it since. I keep ringing the shop but can't get a sensible answer. Very disappointed with the camera developing a fault so soon after purchase and thought I would post in case anyone else has this problem with this model..

Is it possible to trace the camera?
It's quite a disaster to own something you can't use.

That's really annoying and very upsetting especially on a new product like that.
Thing is, you sent it back to the shop already and they've sent it for repair, so you can't even contact Sony support, as they won't have any records of it, not even track it.
In such cases I would say, first contact Sony support, and see what they have to say, then decide if you wanna go with their offer, or go back to your dealer.
Unfortunately, all you can do right now is patiently wait, or contact that shop and complain.
