Recently i tried updating the application on the camera. I tried connecting my phone with the camera but when i tried opening Playmemories Camera Apps ,  It simply didnt open but came up a screen where it asked me to update the software. I couldnt do it. I am from Greece.. Is there any restriction for some reason? 

Any ideas?

Hi! The same happened for me. I guess the problem is the APP. It works fine with different cameras.

@ramirez1981 Not sure of the issue here, but have you tried reaching out to your local support?

@BaibaT Do you have the same camera and issue? Could you tell us more about what's going exactly?
