Hello,
Since I have moved my MacBook to MacOs BigSur, I have not found any solution to retrieve movies from my RX100 VII.
Even remove the SD Card and put in in the MacBook does not work (format type issue I guess).
Do you have any solution ?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Nic and thanks for your reply,
That's strange but my SD card is not recognized by my MacBook
But this afternoon , I have a good surprise: I have tried again to connect my RX100M7 on my MacBook and I was able to find a new drive called "undefined"........containing all the movies.....
For now I have solved my issue 🙂
Thanks for your help !
Have a nice day.
The camera doesn't support macOS Big Sur unfortunately.
Your best bet would be to either use a supported version from the Help Guide link, or use the Imaging Edge Mobile app as a middle-step.
Hope this helps!

Thanks Joe for your reply.
It's really incredible that Sony does not care of this really big issue.
My mobile phone is not big enough to use your workaround.
I am no more able to use a camera that I have paid a lot and is the last release of Sony.
Hello @e-Mathieu,
how would that be a format issue? The card is either formatted in exFAT or FAT32 which is a normal system format widely used on PC amd MAC.
Are you sure you looked in the right folder on the card and have not just overlooked the videos?
