I have problems with DSC-WX350 transferring images

Dear community,

I have problems with my camera when I try to transfers images via WiFi from my camera to a tablet or smartphone android 10.0.

It's possible just with an old smartphone SAMSUNG J2 android 6.0.

Sony answered my that I have to upgrade the firmware 2.0 (2014). But I can not find upgrading software for this problem. Even remote control of the camera.

Unlikely there's no more upgrade of firmware for this model of camera.

Sign in, find SELECT and tap <all applications>

There you will find your camera.

After that explore.

Once you have connected your camera it will update as well as you can find some apps to engage your camera experience.
