HX100V SD card error

Hello I have just got the new hx110v, I alresdy had a sd card 16GB class 6, when I put the card in I get a message 'reinsert card' the card has been formatted and is clear of any previous data anyone have any ideas on this?? many thanks.

Hello,

Please check another memory card. If the problem is solved, the card is defective.

Please also check smaller cards.

If the problem is still there, there is a software problem with the camera. You need to send your camera for repair.

Many thanks I have tried a 4GB class 4 card and this is working OK Dean.
