Hi all,

I have a Sony Handycam DCR-SR190 and I would like to know if there is any app to transfer the data from the camera to my computer ? I have tried with PlayMemoriesHome but the app on my computer is not recognized the camera.

Hello @warriorr77,

how did you transfer videos in the past? If it was via Firewire, I recommend to switch to a capture card with the corresponding software to capture the video from the AV-Output of the camera.

Hi Warriorr,

The supplied application is only going to work on older Windows and MAC versions (such as XP and Windows 2000). Playmemories application doesn't support this camera.
