Xperia C5 ultra video recording problem

Hi guys
I really like my new C5 ultra phone but I have problem with recording video.Video recording was working correct but now when I turn on camera at my display appear notification "Error
Recording in the progress in another app.
Cannot record"
I do not have an idea what to do with this problem

probably you were using another app that use the camera, like instagram, skype, etc. just close all the apps and check again or restart the phone.

If that doesn't work then

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone .

Do you experience the same on safe mode ?

Unfortunately yes,I already check in safe mode but same notification appear

Do you have Ok Google enabled? any voice recording app?

Thanks Uliwooly after disabled Google Ok and restart off phone video again can be recorded!

It fixed when I shut down OK Google when charging
