C4 ram's type?

I have to repair my phone's ram , but all I know about it { 2 giga} 

I want to know the type of the original ram to buy one like it .

As far as I know the RAM is integrated in the motherboard of the device and you can't really replace it.

What kind of behaviour are you experiencing with the RAM in your device?
