I have a Sony smart TV KD-55XD8599
My TV has signed me out of my YouTube account. When I open the app and click 'sign in' I get the following message 'account authorisation failed'.
My TV is up to date.
Please help me!
If you still have the issue I'd try uninstalling the update first (Google Play/Search for YouTube/Uninstall update) and see if it works. If it does try updating the app again.
If it still doesn't work, maybe try removing and then adding again your Google account.

@Anonymous Yeah, I had thought about that as well, but I thought brand accounts were available only with multiple channels. So it should select the non brand account/channel. At least that's what it does with me. Can a brand account be the only channel for a Google account? Did Google really mess up so badly?
