Dear Support Team,
today morning 28.6.2017 we woke up and had noticed that our TV doesnt work.
Please see below pictures of our screen. Its still looping after couple of minutes.
Please could you advice?
model of TV: kdl-43w805c
msg wecan see on screen: unfortunately, System software update has stopped.

I think that if you download the update from the Sony support site, unzip it and put it in a USB pendrive, after restarting the TV (put it in stand-by, then unplug it and plug it again with the USB device with the update plugged) it should reinstall it again. At least I hope so!!

Thank you guys, Manual update via USB didn't work. So I had to forced factory reset. Now it is all ok.
