Uk based Alexa not working

Hi - I’ve got a XH-91 and I’m not able to get Alexa to work.

I cannot see the app in the google store, and when I use tv work with Alexa app I get this message

‘Amazon Alexa. Service will be available in future of this country’ [sic].  I understand there are country restrictions in place and have looked at the location service . It was set to use WiFi to estimate location. I’m using a sky broadband router which has Europe set as its region ( and this cannot be changed).

if I unselect the WiFi option I do not have any other method of setting location.

Many thanks Peter for the link. The problem I have though is step one in the video, I cannot install the Alexa app from the google store as my tv does not think it’s in the uk. It’s the tv’s location I need to correct
