Hey guys,
When I bought the TV I was using Sony Core, now I saw that it’s updated to Sony Pictures Core.
However, I can see only what I watched. I can’t search, I cannot access IMAX ENHANCED movies, it doesn’t load at all. There is no error message or something else.
I’ve tried to delete cache/cookies/disable app - nothing was improved.
Please help.

I've done this couple of times + hard reset the TV and update the app again. The TV is with the latest software.

Hey @Snuupy23, Do you have the same issue with any other app, or it's just the Sony Pictures Core? Is it a permanent issue or intermittent?
No, only this one.
also, there was an article that it will be an PS5 app, but I don’t have it in the playstation store.
However, I want the app working on my TV.
You can try different source for the internet such as hotspot and test it if it didn't work still I would say that you should contact the support team for that.
