After a software upgrade, I now have a problem I cannot seem to resolve and it is driving me insane can anyone help please !!!!The screen now reads under connection results.... Cable Connection- OK; Local Access - Failed; Internet Access - Failed. I have checked the router and the internet connection in the house and it is perfect. The router is not beside the TV but I have a wired connection and the connection is showing a perfect signal?????

That sounds very frustrating.
I would suggest trying a reset or a Factory Data Reset on your TV which should resolve the issue. You can find more details on how to do this here.
