Sony Kdl W755 software an fw crash, error 2123

Hi to all, im having problems updating my w755. When i want to update android software im always stuck on 88% and having error 2123 (An error occurred during the software update, . The update server in temporarily unavailable. Please try again later Error: 2123). Ive tried several time, over cable, wifi, nothing. Always stuck on 88%. Same thing with fw, ive downloaded fw from sony site, connect usb to tv, the fw starts to copying and again on 88% tv restarts. So if anybody nows how to resolve this, please help! Thanks!

Hi,

I have a similar problem.
Someone pressed a button, and now there is a network plug on the screen with a red cross.

Television responds to nothing.

There is a key combination to get the television out the update modes...?

Hi @lestolk

The TV is probably updating to the newly released FW.  See:

Suggest leaving it on for a while for it to update.

Hi, I'm having the same issue it stops at 76% exactly in the download from wifi or lan and the usb copying just shutsdown the tv i've tried to reset and everything im desperate my tv just broke down after 5 months so sony came and gave me a new one but now i cant update !
