What’s the make (I assume Sony, but….) and model of the TV on which this is happening?
Is it wired or WiFi?
Who is your ISP, and what internet speeds do you get?
Is the TV, and are the apps on it, fully up to date?
Do you get this issue on other apps?
How does the problem manifest itself?
Is it immediate, or only after a period of time, and if so, is that consistent or does it vary?
Have you tried a soft reset, either by holding down the On/Standby button on the remote for just over five seconds until it soft reboots, or unplugging it from the mains for at least two minutes?
