Sony KD49XD8305 Question

I got my new Bravia yesterday and its awesome. It has no problems and came with 6.0 out of the box. Picture is awesome and even the sound is clear and loud!

So, how can i shut off my TV instead of it going to standby mode? Apparently holding the power button on the control restarts the Tv  and when does Daydream work? I like the scenes with the time at the bottom right but it doesnt activate.

these new TV are thinked for two modalities, ON or STANDBY (Standby for many reason like "Fast Boot", "Remote control", HDD Timer Recording...), there isn't any chance to power off without remove the power cable from the wall...

Daydream is like a Screensaver, you can decide how many time to start from your last activity and how many time after Deydream work it turns off the screen.

But TV will stand ON to start Daydream...
