How do I find out the cost of parts and is there videos I can watch to do the job

It is almost guaranteed to cost more than a new TV, that is if the “spare parts” are available.

You never know, there may be some parts on eBay.

If there are no videos on YouTube, then I’m afraid that you will be unlucky.

I’m afraid that repair/replace screens, even under warranty are a thing of the past. Sony simply replaces the TV.

How did the damage occur, and do you have any Home or other insurance that might cover the cost of a replacement?
