Hi, my Sony Bravia OLED tv seems to now have lost connection with my TalkTalk Youview box. Have tried everything from full power drain, factory reset of TV to re-pairing from start but none of these approaches have worked. On initial set-up the pairing of my Sony remote to the Youview box was straight forward and worked - so not sure why this has now stopped and cannot re-sync - anyone experienced this? Thank you!
Hello @ jb61775, which TV model have you got? and what is the connection method? Are they connected with HDMI cable?
Hi Piscie, thanks for coming back. Model number is KD-48A9 and connected via HDMI. It did work when I first set-up the TV but as mentioned, for some reason has stopped and I have not done anything to trigger this.
Hi @jb61775, Did you try to connect it to a different HDMI port or use a different HDMI cable for example?
Also, make sure that your Bravia sync settings are toggled on so that your external devices will sync to your TV, i think it should be under the external inputs section through settings.
