hi, ive just got a kd65xe9305 and the response on the tv from the remote no matter what i do is vert very slow on everything, the tv done an auto update when i first used it so firmware is upto date

Can you please try rebooting your TV and see if that fixes the issue? If this doesn't work, the next step would be to try a factory reset.
