prime video

has any one noticed that since the update when you go on to the prime video home page  there is no menu for u h d or h d r content the only way to find them is to scroll down 18 menus i went on to amazon but they refered me to sony when i got on to sony they refered me back to amazon

Hi Stewart, 

 

You haven't mentioned which model of TV you are using. Might I suggest checking that your TV has the latest firmware update to see if this resolves the problem.

 

However, as Amazon is not a Sony app it would also be best to get in touch with them for further advice on this.

Do a search on this forum for the latest version of the prime video app and how to get it. Then under your TV settings look for Apps > Prime Video there check if you have the latest app version. The next step is to select to delete data/cache. If all is good you should see the UHD Prime Original Series row within the first 5 rows.
