No volume when using you view

If I try to use my apps like itv hub etc I have no volume. This has just started to happen . Has anybody any idea of a solution. Netflix and the rest is ok. I also have lost the bbc teletext service since update.

Change the digital audio output to PCM and check if audio is working then.
