No Game menu with new software

I have the tv XR-A75K

In software information say that support game menu bar etc..

But when i press the '123' button nothing pop up... feature not available

Any suggestions?

I don't get the game menu bar

When i press the quick settings button i get the typical bar of settings...

It will add the game menu

Reading the support article it seems your TV is simply not supported (being not enlisted in the list of applicable products)...

The software info say that is..

Sony is a mesh... simple

It is not Cristal clear but also in the software it say only for model with remote 123 and it doesn't change if you by aftermarket buy a remote with the button....

I have see the specific model 1 year before with the new remote with 123 button..
