But, I do not see this available for download and install from usb.

Following on from the previous Netflix announcement on the 12th April 2016, we are pleased to announce that the issue with the Netflix application has been resolved by Netflix.
Just done new update and also getting 800-3,error, accout wotked fine before update,

Tried that still the same problem
Netflix is now working for me
It started functioning again after a reset of my BT Homehub.
I did not have parental controls or BT Protect installed so a reset is worth a shot for those who are having issues that are not related to them.
netflix working now, turning of bt protect seems to be the answer Thanks for your help guys
Interesting issue, my 2015 Bravia says in the settings following the update that it's not connected either via wireless or cable to the internet.
It is.
