i have a kdl55w805c and since one of updates it wont play any netflix titles
it gets to 25 ,% then stops and say netflix cant play this at the moment!
i have reset the tv, uninstalled updates etc etc but no luck!
any ideas? My netflix is ok as i can play on ps4 etc fine

Think its time to scrap the Sony android tv, i have honestly never had the pleasure of a slower or more problematic tv! Its like a crappy pc i had 15 years ago 😰
i was just about getting used to the pretty bad backlight bleed as well! Due to the fact that the picture quality is top notch out of dark scrnes...
How do these things really get to market though? Thankfully i made a wise decision in buying a samsung for the movie/gaming room at the time i bought this sony, the os on it is in fairness very basic, but its fast and it works, plus backlight bleed is minimal!

I know this is going to sound like a 'cop-out' - but as a temporary work-around measure, you maybe want to consider another device that has Netflix on it (i.e. Roku, Amazon Fire TV, a Smart Bluray Player etc)?
Just suggesting that all.
