On my tv I get two thin  horizontal bars at bottom of screen that are darker colour than the rest of screen normally see it  more on  the colour red  rest of  time you don’t notice it’s there 

is there any setting to remove this

Do the lines match up with banners from news channels you watch often , it could be image retention or burn in .

You could try and do a panel refresh which may help
