most watched channels

Hello all!

I have the Sony OLED 42A90K TV and I have a problem with Most watched channels list from the menu.

When I want to access the channels in that category it appears the message: No matches found.

I want to add that when I am going to the Guide menu for this category of Most watched, i can see the list of channels and the program guide by hour for each channel there.

I performed also a restart of the TV and also an update of the channels.

Please help me with a solution to see again the channels in this category.

I've tried also retuning the channels. no luck. the same thing for updating the channel list.

There is no missing channel that I receive from the broadcaster.

The funny thing is that when I navigate to the "'Guide'' of the ''Most watched'' group i can see the channels that were the most watched before the list disappeared.

Hi @Mihai29, check the Software version v6.7480, try performing factory reset as well
