KDL-40WE663 HDMI issues

Hi

im having problem while using one of my hdmi port. I have 2 hdmi ports one is hdmi/arc and other is just hdmi . So the input just with hdmi label displaying low quality image and sound as compared to Hdmi/arc. How how I fix this problem or is it gonna be like this by manufacturer?
I was using only one port before but just find out this problem while try to use both of the ports with different device . So can I get any recommendation and suggestions.

The one with arc is enable to output also sound to an external HT. For the other devices are identical. You may have different setting on each though, check it out
