recently purchased an xd8599 and have started noticing the audio dropping for approximately 1-2 seconds periodically, maybe 7 or 8 times an hour.
anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?
i have updated the software to the latest version, restarted multiple times but the issue persists. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there
Are you using the TVs internal speakers or an external audio system like a soundbar etc? If using an external audio system, try replacing the HDMI or optical cable.
If using the TVs speakers and audio is dropping out, remove all devices from the TV - leaving just the aerial and power cable connected and test using Freeview (or YouView) - is audio still dropping? If so, try a factory reset of the TV.
