Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help.

I have the above TV and when I plug the optical cable from the soundbar into the TV and Im changing channels on the sky box I get like a stutter of sound for a second. Its pretty annoying and Ive plugged the optical cable directly into the sky box and it solves the issue. Now this would be fine but with other sources it isnt convenient to keep having to plug it into my PS4 and Sky etc.

This doesnt happen with any other TV so Im assuming its an issue between the TV and soundbar. Ive tried all the settings with no joy.

Any suggestions?

Hi there

Try setting the Digital Auto Out setting to PCM, in the sound settings and see if that has an effect.

I already tried that with no success. This TV is proving to be a pain, I had a 2015 samsung beforehand which didnt have this issue and preformed alot better minus the light bleed but the Sony isnt any better in that respect with 4 very dark corners. Close to taking this back but theres nothing else in the price range atm.
