KD49X8005CBU PS4 issues

Hi guys, last Friday I decided to purchase the KD49X8005CBU 4k TV. The TV is fantastic and everything works flawlessly, except for my PS4! When I connect the PS4 to the TV via HDMI, I get a lot of 'red snow' on the screen and the screen is generally glitchy. I have tried all 4 hdmi ports and 3 hdmi cables, including a brand new 2.0 hdmi cable for 4k. My virgin tivo box, Xbox One and media player all work brilliantly but for some reason, Sony's own machine does not seem to be compatible. The ps4 works fine on two other tv's. Any ideas/suggestions? Go to :

Home - Settings - External inputs - HDMI signal format and check if [Enhanced format] is enabled.

If all is set to Enhanced, try selecting [Standard format] and reboot the TV.

I've tried the ps4 on both standard and enhanced and the issues still remain, in fact, it's slightly better in a enhanced hdmi.
It's definitely a tv compatibility issue. I get the red snow when I boot up.

If I enable HDCP the screen turns off completely

If I enable deep colour output the screen turns off completely
The only resolution that works without issue is 480p
