KD-49x8005c hdmi to pc

Hello,

I am in urgent need to configure this TV with my pc.

It has suddenly stopped working. I can confirm the pc and hdmi cable work.

TV recognises a hdmi input but no picture is displayed.

Any help to resolve my issue would be great. Via telephone would be best.

Ok, onto your problem. Some suggestions that I can think of:

• Reboot the TV - Press and hold the power button on the remote control for more than 6 seconds and the TV will reboot.
• Reboot the Computer
• Ensure that your display settings on the computer meets the requirements of the TV
• Have you changed to the correct HDMI input on the TV?
