Home button not working

Does anyone have any suggestions , what to do when home button on control isn’t working all of a sudden ?

Android TV model Bravia 2015 KDL-75W855C

Software Version PKG5.381.0167EUA

I have cleared cache in App settings / restarted tv / all other remote buttons are working fine/ software is up to date 

BUT still can’t get home to work
