Parents are having issues with recording on their 2015 model (unsure of the model number, it could be the KD43X8307C). The recording was working fine up until about a week ago, at which point the LED light was still lighting up red, and the TV still said that it was recording, however nothing was appearing on the 'Recorded Title List'. All software, as far as I'm aware, is as up to date as possible. There is still around 900 GB free on the HDD.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advance.

Ensure that the HDD is properly connected to the TV. Try unplugging and plugging it back in again. Also try a 'soft reboot' of the TV by pressing and holding the power button on the remote control for more than 6 seconds - and the TV should 'reboot' - this can cure many issues.
