FW-55XE8001 - info banner

Hi, 

I'm having an issue with the info banner on a FW-55XE8001. It is the info banner keeps randomly popping up. I have resolved this issue on another screen with the Channelsetup -> Infor banner fix however there is no channel setup on this screen to be able to use the same fix. I have updated the firmware as well but the issue keeps happenning. 

Can any one help me?

This problem has been there forever. Sony does not fix it...
