Freeview Internet Data Channels Not showing on KD-65XH9296

Bought this TV in January.  But just cannot display the freeview internet data channels.  2 Other TV's in the house receive them perfectly.
I have tried your troubleshooting steps but all to no avail. I am still unable to display the data channels as below
251 365 Travel
252 Kiss Chat & Date
253 proud Dating
263 Sonlife
264 Vision TV
265 On Demand 365
269 Arise
271 Channel Box
The Guide for all these above channels is populated but when you switch to any of them the data does not load.
My Internet connection is OK as I can receive Netflix and Prime Video perfectly OK.

Any one else suffering from this problem

Hey Steve353, did you try tuning without the aerial and then with the aerial connected?

I have had this problem with three Sony tv's. Doesn't work on the XR-55A90J and my newest XR-50X90S, it did work at the beginning and then it didn't and now it does again. What's going on ?

Hey naimdvd5, could you be more specific about your issue? Are you facing the same issue on the Free View guide? Are you using a direct connection from the digital aerial to the TV? Did you try any of the steps mentioned above? What is the current software version on both affected TVs? 

Did you try unplugging from the mains for two minutes and removing any HDMI connections/aerial?

The two tv's mentioned are up to date with the current firmware. Tried all the steps switching off unplugging etc but no luck. Some of the effected freeview channels that rely on the internet to get the channels are..

Hey naimdvd5, what is your connection? Is it direct aerial to the TV? If yes try tuning without the antenna then with. 

If not, please clarify. Also, where are you based? Are you sure you should be getting these channels? Did you try testing the aerial with another TV or getting an antenna specialist to check it?

The aerial is new and pulls in 100% signal and 100% video quality on all channels and there are 4 tvs on it. Two of them should be capable of those channels and one of them does (XR-50X90S) but the XR-55A90J does not. I am in Leicestershire on the Waltham transmitter. I done all the aerial pulling out and other such things but no joy. Think i'll just give it up as a bad job.

Hi,

You may need to try to do a factory reset to these TVs, as it usually fixes such random issues.

You can do a factory reset by going to Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory Data Reset
