Flickering screen

i have just bought a new 49" Sony Bravia 4K HDR TV and use it off a normal aerial (No sky etc)

when a scene changes on certain programmes the TV picture seems to flicker dark / light or light / dark. its intermittent and only happens for a split second.

i have done a full reset but no change

anyone any ideas ?
