Disable youview

Sony KD-49XD8305 4K HDR TV.                                                                                                                                                    Im have problems getting all the free to air TV channels and after reading on line disabling youview seemd to fix the problem but i have tried to disable it but it is still working so can anyone give me so help with this please?

Can you let us know if the TV is picking up channels and if you are using an aerial? We can then investigate some more and try to find a solution for you.
