Customer Services - Terrible

Having purchased the KD65X9305CBU today I had this misfortune of phoning Sony Customer Services, to be honest although the TV is great with the response I received if I could take it back I would, never again will I buy another Sony product!

(Not defending Sony's cust service, but have you seen TalkTalks!!)
