Control response lag S8505c & x8309c

I have issues on 2 4K Bravia both running latest android. the control response has lag just turning volume up and down on apps and inputs. Multiple resets some intensional some not but does not resolve issue. 

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hi there

When you say resets, are you referring to factory reset or a reboot of the TV?

Also are you using the TVs internal speakers or an external audio system (i.e. a soundbar or AV Receiver).  Some people using an external audio system have mentioned about a slight delay in changing the volume on their TV - but I do not know much about this at the moment.

removed some Sony multi room speakers attached by hdmi solving delay issue which I never got to work anyway but still had attached.
