So so disappointed with my Sony Tv. You should not pay £1000 for a smart TV and then need to keep contacting Sony because it reboots every time you turn it on.
I don’t care whether it’s a software issue or someone else’s issue , or an issue with my model ( been told all these things ).
My Tv is 2 years old , just been replaced because backlight went and now 2 calls to Sony due to this reboot issue they seem to be having .
Sorry I won’t be buying a Sony again , it’s just not acceptable .
Mine may as well reboot as I have to re-tune virtually every day. Samsung will get my custom in future.
I can totally understand your frustration 😕 So the TV is now replaced or not yet? and how often does it reboot per day?
