Who you mean have i set up my new tv?it's going back because I was promised a 5 year guarantee and I know your company is complicit or there would be an easy way to find any mention of WARRANTY

Could you please let us know the model and serial number for your TV? And also when the device was purchased?
Is there any kind of issue or problem you've found with the TV?
Please remember - if you purchased your TV less than 30 days ago - you'll have to wait until 30 days have passed from the purchase date before you can register your 5 year guarantee.
