Yes, a bit of a long shot, as that was Sony Asia 😢

Which makes me wonder if this is a regional thing.

Here’s a UK Sony reference though:-

But this says you will need a set-top box, suggesting the feature isn’t built in to UK TVs.

So why are you trying to install it, under what circumstances, and what, if anything, makes you think you ought to be able to do this natively on your UK model TV?
