New TV all set up and got rid of my Virgin Box and its frustrating now as the ITV hub just hangs
All the other "catch up" stations work perfectly but it just will not load and comes up with a "whoops error" after about 40 seconds
I understand there is an update due mid February, is this to fix this issue or the many other quirks such as freezing of the programme guide and inabilty to shut down the set sometimes

If you have updated the firmware to the latest, can you please to a factory reset of the tv. It can solve many weird quirks and issues - although not all.

I had the same problem, bbc I player, more 4 etc all played fine, but itv hub would always show an error on loading. I did the factory reset and itv player now works fine.
However since the reset Netflix wont load . It displays error code ui-113.
Anybody know what the issue is? Netflix was fine prior to me doing the factory reset, I've only had the TV a couple of weeks and it was updated to the latest software at that time.
