Hi,
You can try the obvious like clearing the cache and data for the app, force stop it. Make sure it's on the latest version in the play-store. Sometimes using a different network can work! so you can try connecting your TV using hotspot from your phone data and trying it once more, cheers.

I had already tried your suggestions before writing to the forum and I have just tried them again, just in case. But no luck. I am still experiencing the same problem/problems
1. I cannot log in as my password is not recognised ( even though I am pretty sure it is correct)
2. I can obtain a temporary password through the Bravia Core app, but sadly that is never recognised
3. I cannot create a new account as I don't have the voucher code
Note: I do clear what I am allowed to clear from the app, but sadly I just keep going around in circles. I have emailed the appropriate support and they elevated the query over a week ago and so far not even a response. Starting to lose faith in Sony, I really expected better!

Anyway sorry to hear about that buddy, the thing is even if you call Sony support they won't be able to help, and they will refer you back to the. So fingers crossed that they get back to you with a resolution soon, all the best.

I just thought to myself “haven’t checked Bravia Core for a long while to see if there is any new films worth getting” …
Wish I hadn’t bothered. The app has logged me out and I can’t remember which of my 6 emails is registered, so I asked for a password reminder on each. And not one email has come back with a temp password.
This is app is incredibly rubbish.
