BBC iPlayer on KE-55A8 disappeared over night

I was watching Only Connect just last night via the BBC iPlayer. When I went to watch something else this afternoon, the BBC iPlayer app is missing. And if I go to the Google Play Store, that app says my device isn't supported. My Sony shows an uptime of 29 hours, which means the TV has been up since before the last time I watched the BBC iPlayer.

Do others see this behaviour. What's the word from Sony? Has there been any OTA update to my model of Bravia?

Sorted. When I go into Live TV and select Apps it's there. Selecting the BBC iPlayer under the Live TV section then populates the Home page with the BBC iPlayer app again. I've not seen this before. I wonder if it is anything to do with Sony updating later models of Bravia to have the BBC iPlayer?
