Audio Description has somehow switched itself on and is driving us up the wall.
Even worse is we can’t switch it off.
I’ve tried everything mentioned on this forum.
All the Accessibility settings are what they should be.
The Audio button on the remote doesn’t do anything either.
We are watching through Freeview currently, not Catch Up or anything.
Wondering if a Factory Reset or Software Update would resolve?
Need to get this fixed soon before I put my foot through the screen!
Hey BMBairn, try disabling subtitles from the tuning settings.
Hi, thank you. They were already disabled when I checked.
So I tried the reset by holding the power button on the remote for 3+ seconds and the good news is, it seems to have worked.
