APPS NOT LOADING, SOFTWARE UP TO DATE AND NETWORK CONNECTED AND OPERATING. TV ONLY ONE MONTH OLD. IS THIS A KNOWN FAULT?

Hi glenn.hodson,

I think this may be related to the network connection. Have you tried connecting your TV to a different network like a hotspot from your mobile phone on 4G?

Network connection OK, ended up reset to factory settings to sort problem out.
