This morning my KDL-32WD603 app's have totally dissapered. Can't even open the menu. I So we that some people had this issue last year was it identified or solved?
I have rebooted roter and tv. Factory reset. Wired and Wi-Fi connection
Any more ideas?

Sorry, my typo. I’m running ver 313 in both.
For anyone who missed it in the string Sony are aware of this problem - but 48 hours now with no apps and its still not fixed. Dont bother rebooting etc as it will cost you hours of time and get you nowhere - wait for the fix.
I got into iplayer through a bit of a back door and can get netflix as there is a netflix button on the control, BUT im paying for amazon and cant get it!!!

I have good news! Sony has just released an announcement to confirm that there had been an issue with the apps which is now resolved. The apps should be back working automatically but if you're still having issues, you can try to refresh the internet content on your TV. Here's the announcement.

Update on issues from Sony:
Tried on my KDL-32WD756. Apps menu back. Need to log-in to my Amazon and Netflix, iPlayer etc etc and test.

What was of interest to me was that I had not updated from 8.213 software before doing the Internet Content refresh.
Which would indicate that the issue was not TV software release but in the SONY back-end systems delivering this content to our TV's
Would have been nice if that could have been stated on the Announcements to save us all tearing our hair out!
While I was in the mood I have then done the 8.215 software update and that works all OK as well!

Same here. Apparently its a software error with Sony and it should be fixed by Thursday, so John Lewis say.
